Shipping + Returns
 

Shipping is $10.00 for all items Australia-wide, regular post delivery.

Please contact us for any urgent parcel delivery for which there may be an additional charge for express post within Australia.

At this stage we do not offer international postage.

At Anna Flynn we are happy to exchange or refund your purchased garment including sale items.

If you receive your Anna Flynn garment and are in any way not satisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your garment.

Please make sure your garment is returned in its original, unlaundered condition within 7 days of initial contact.

You will need to pay the postage on this garment. Anna cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.

You may be able to exchange your garment for another beautiful piece but this may depend on size and fabric availability.

If your Anna Flynn garment is faulty we will repair or replace it where possible. If not, Anna will refund the cost of the garment and postage.
